At the time when the Relais Sant’Uffizio – now a 4-star hotel with spa – was home to a Dominican monastery, these were the rooms for the private use of the monks. Located on the top floor of the historic building and embellished with mansard-roofed wooden ceilings, the Classic rooms are true treasure troves of beauty, preserving the centuries-old history and essential architectural lines of the monastic style

Some of the rooms boast a balcony, but all offer views of rolling hills embroidered with vineyards and red brick villages as far as the eye can see. Most of the rooms are split on two levels with an internal staircase, with sleeping area on the upper floor and bathroom on the lower floor.
